School Development Priorities 2021-22
1) To develop a consistent, high-quality approach to the teaching of writing across the school with a clear impact on pupil outcomes in all year groups, including confidence to apply phonic knowledge.
2) Introduce the whole-school ‘Thrive’ approach to further enhance and develop an environment which promotes consistently high standards of behaviour and positive pupil attitudes:
3) To continue to strengthen and clarify the strategic role and impact of leaders at all levels, including governors.
We are also continuing to work on improving attendance and punctuality for all pupils, especially those with persistent absence.
