We are proud to host a Complex Needs Resource Base, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Our staff work collaboratively to ensure every child thrives academically, socially and emotionally.

 

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to:

Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary and EYFS curriculum

Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment

Use assessment effectively to drive strong pupil progress

Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and high expectations

Contribute to the wider life and vision of the school

There may be opportunities for subject leadership or wider responsibilities, depending on experience and school priorities.

 

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or is working towards it as an ECT)

Demonstrates strong classroom practice and subject knowledge

Has a passion for inclusive education

Has experience delivering high quality continuous provision

Understands safeguarding and child protection responsibilities

Is reflective, motivated and committed to professional development

Works well as part of a collaborative team

Experience across different year groups or additional training (e.g. phonics, restorative practice, de-escalation strategies) is desirable but not essential.
