Remote Learning

Please find links for children to use to continue their learning when they are unable to attend school or when school is closed.

We use Google Classroom (mainstream) and Class Dojo to set weekly activities for children to complete at home. Please note, we will use these platforms to communicate learning if school is closed.

Click on the links at the bottom of the page to see guidance on using Google Classroom. Please contact the office or email admin@frogwell.wilts.sch.uk if you need help logging into any of our learning links. 

  • Google Classroom (for PC / laptop) You will need your username and password to log on to this then you will see homework that has been set by your teacher. You can also send your teacher messages. 
  • Google Classroom App for iPhone / iPad
  • Google Classroom App for Android devices. 
  • Class Dojo
  • Discovery Education Espresso  Espresso offers Pupil Home Access which provides pupils, and their parents, with access to the full Espresso service from home. To use Espresso you need to log in using your username and password.

  • Purple Mash You will need your username and password to log in to Purple Mash. There are games and activities for all age groups across the whole curriculum.

  • LoveReading4KidsNot sure what to read next? Looking for a great holiday read? Loved a book and want to find more like it? This is the place to go.

  • Top Marks This site has many links to some great activities for English and Maths. 

  • Read for Good StorymakerOn this website, you are able to create a short story that is fun and inspirational. From this, you can go on to can create extended adventures. This is suitable for all ages.

  • Fun English GamesThis website promotes your ability to debate. More suitable for Key Stage Two.

  • Primary Homework HelpThis brilliant resource covers many areas of English, such as spelling and phonics, reading, grammar, punctuation and writing for different text types

  • Spelling Shed (KS2) You will need your username and password to log on to this site. There are games to practise your weekly spellings. 

  • ICT GamesThis website has lots of exciting games to help you practise English and Maths

  • BBC Bitesize Games to help you with all areas of the curriculum

  • Crickweb The Crickweb website is great for a range of activities for all ages.

  • Times Tables Rock Stars for PC (KS2) Get Times Tables Rock Stars from this link if you are using a PC. You will need to sign in with your username and password. 

  • Numbots (KS1) You will need a username and login to play this. A great game to practise basic number facts. 

  • BBC Bitesize KS2 Maths Fun games and activities to help you learn about number, measures and geometry

  • Code.org  Coding games to improve computing skills
  • Interland A game to help children to understand more about online safety.
