Term 1:

Welcome to Year 3! This is the start of your Key Stage 2 journey!

There are a few changes as you are now in Key Stage 2. Remember that you need to bring your own snack and that we are playing on the larger playground. Our entrance in the morning and at the end of the day have changed as well. Adults will be there to meet and greet pupils as they arrive in the morning so if you have any queries you can pass them on and they will be delivered to the classroom.

 We have lots of exciting learning ahead of us. This term alone we will be exploring the Stone Age, working with charcoal, and learning all about what is beneath our feet.

P.E

This term, P.E will be on Thursday and Friday. 

Please make sure you come to school in the correct P.E uniform. 

You will need to wear:

• Plain black / navy shorts, plain white t-shirt or white t-shirt with school logo
• Daps for indoor PE
• Trainers for outdoor PE
• Plain black / navy joggers and a plain black / navy sweatshirt or ‘hoodie’ may be worn for cold weather outdoor PE in the winter.
• A blue school fleece with logo is also available
• Please remember to pack socks for those who wear tights with their normal school clothes.

  Please do not wear different colours or clothes with other logos. 

Home Learning:

All learning will be set on Google Classroom on a Friday and is due on the following Wednesday. 
If anyone is worried about home learning, then please do not hesitate to speak to Miss Coles (class teacher).
