This term in D&T Food Technology, we have been learning to make healthy soups.  We have used new skills:  mashing, grating, cutting (using the bridge and claw method for safety) and learning to use the gas-stove safely.

This term in D&T Food Technology we have been exploring healthy sandwich combinations, using our senses to recognise different tastes, smells and textures.
